Returns Policy
Abrae is all about happiness, our adage is to “Pursue Happiness”. We have to be reasonable to stay in business, but we really want the animals we make products for to have a better life, and we can’t do that without you!
We welcome returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund, 100%. If the product is defective we will refund the return shipping costs. So please examine your order as soon as it is delivered, if there is a problem, get some pictures, and email us at info@abrae.com or use the form below. If there is anything we can do to help, don't hesitate to email us. Also, keep your receipt and the original box to send with all returns.
